RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Adjustments or Cancelations: 

 

If you need a change made to your order you should contact us soon as possible to have it adjusted or canceled before it is shipped. Orders and shipping costs cannot be adjusted or canceled after an order has been fulfilled and shipped. After an order is fulfilled and shipped it will be subject to our return and refund policy.

Return & Refunding: 

 

If you would like to return any merchandise after receiving it, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will accept any returns initiated within this window so long as the product is in the same condition it was sent in, is unopened (if returning a sealed product), and is untampered with. The buyer must pay return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf.

 

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned goods, please expect 3-5 additional business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

 

All sealed products are from verified distributors and inspected for tampering before shipping and upon receipt of returns. All singles are inspected for authenticity and their condition graded before shipping and upon receipt of returns. Opened, damaged, or tampered with product cannot be returned. Outpost Games will enforce this policy and aggressively pursue counterfeit returns and fraudulent activity to the fullest extent of the law.
